Our practice is open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 12pm on Saturday.

Heath and Reach Veterinary Surgery prides itself in having trained, qualified and experienced staff who are dedicated to offering the best in client and animal care. 

The clinical team consists of seven veterinary surgeons, six qualified veterinary nurses, two student nurses, three animal care assistants, and a veterinary care apprentice.

Hannah Johnston

Hannah BVSc MRCVS PGCertSAS, qualified from Bristol University 1997 and worked in small animal practices in St. Albans and Hatfield before setting up Heath and Reach Veterinary Surgery in 2001.

Jelena Ristic

Jelena Ristic BVetMed DSAM CertVC MRCVS Advanced practitioner- Veterinary surgeon qualified 1992, joined the practice January 2012.

Petros Petrou

Petros Petrou DVM MRCVS Cert AVP PgCertVPS, qualified 2016 – joined the practice in 2021. Petros has completed post graduate studies in Advanced Veterinary Practice towards Dermatology.

Christine Dunsby BVSc MRCVS , qualified July 2001 – joined the practice 2011.
